Hailing from Coventry, Rhode Island, Joe is a third generation Realtor and appraiser. Joe received his BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2002 and, upon graduation, promptly emigrated to Dublin, Ireland. During his seven years abroad, Joe traveled extensively, completed a master's degree at Trinity College Dublin, and, most importantly, learned how to pour a really good pint of Guinness.
Joe's passion for the visual and performing arts has found an unexpected - and incredibly fulfilling - second life working with Rhode Island's historic properties. He wholeheartedly believes that our historic homes and neighborhoods are works of art that deserve our preservation and protection. Joe is also very proud to have his Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.
Joe has sat on the board of the West Broadway Neighborhood Association since 2014, where he is co-chair of the Historic House Tour. When he's not working, Joe is an avid hiker, gardener, knitter, and beach-goer. He and his husband own a Gothic Revival cottage on Hammond Street in the Historic Armory District of Providence, a space that they share with two tiny Boston terriers named Roxie and Olive.
